At RV WIFI, we make delivery simple, so you can get ready for your next adventure.

Shipping within Australia

We offer free shipping through Australia Post, Australia-wide on orders over $100 AUD.

Delivery times are estimates. Regional and remote deliveries, peak periods, weather events and carrier disruptions may affect arrival times.

Order processing

Orders for in-stock products are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Express Post speeds up delivery after dispatch; the usual order processing time still applies.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details where available. If these haven’t arrived, please check your junk folder or contact info@rvwifi.com.au.

Delivery details and address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to make a correction, email us promptly with your order number and the correct address. Changes may not be possible once your parcel has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, an additional delivery charge may apply. We’ll discuss this with you before resending it.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@rvwifi.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

For damaged items, please keep the packaging and include photographs if possible. We’ll investigate and help resolve the problem.

Returns and consumer rights

For return requests, please refer to our Warranty & Returns Policy or contact us.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
