RV WIFI - Warranty & Returns Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All RV WiFi products include a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used and installed under normal operating conditions.

During the warranty period, RV WiFi will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product (or defective component) if it is determined to have a manufacturing fault.

This warranty does not cover:

-> Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, neglect, or accidents

-> Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, discolouration)

-> Damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage supply, water ingress, corrosion, or other environmental conditions beyond design specifications

-> Products that have been opened, tampered with, repaired, or modified by unauthorised personnel

2. Warranty Claims

To lodge a warranty claim, please contact RV WiFi Support via email at info@rvwifi.com.au.

When submitting a claim, please include:

1. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

2. A detailed description of the issue

3. Photos or video evidence (if applicable) to assist with assessment

If the product needs to be returned for inspection or replacement, RV WiFi will provide instructions and return-process details.

3. Returns Policy (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

-> The product is unused

-> Returned in original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and components

-> Accompanied by proof of purchase

A restocking fee may apply if the product has been opened or shows signs of handling or use.
Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact RV WiFi Support within 30 days of receipt.

We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and may arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the outcome of the assessment.
